Some support types which we offer
We offer at least 3 different types of backups of your files. The first is from our servers hard copy. Our server backs up your main site directory. This includes the core content management system, all uploaded images, and files on your server, and everything except site posts and configuration options (those are kept in the database on a different server).
The second is a daily back up of your database. The database holds all the content of the site, such as user names, passwords, post information, forum posts etc. This goes back 10 days. This is the heart of the site, where the above mentioned is the brains.
The third is a special configured back up from us. It can be backed up as often as needed and have an unlimited number of backups. This is something we configure and install for every site we develop. You can see from the example photo that we have set this up for every 3 hours for 30 days.
Training Support Videos

We are constantly monitoring our email, during normal business hours, you should get a real, human reply to your emails within 15 minutes of you sending it. We feel that it's important to acknowledge your emails as soon as possible.
